2. Refund Policy on Service Requests: When you request any service, please note that the contract fee charged by PayPal is non-refundable. The service fee, which we provide, is refundable. Each product has two components: a service fee and a contract fee.
2.1. Compromised Site and Malicious Software Policy Violation
- We offer a 100% refund on the service fee if ads are disapproved due to a compromised site or malicious software, and if we fail to resolve the issue within 20 days. If the account is suspended, it will be treated as a separate case, and you may choose to either pay the difference or receive a refund of the service fee.
2.2 Unacceptable Business Practices Policy , Business Operations Verification Google ads , circumventing systems policy, suspicious payments policy
- We offer a 100% refund on on the service fee if we fail to resolve your issue within 30 days, provided you meet the following conditions:
- Service Requirements: You must meet all essential criteria for our service.
- Compliance: All necessary requirements and modifications must be completed promptly.
2.3 Important Conditions:
- You have 2-3 days to submit your requirements after placing your order. If you do not comply with our recommendations or provide the minimum requirements, or if you engage in behavior that indicates an attempt to independently resolve the issue (e.g., claiming you can handle the issue independently), no refund will be issued. This behavior is assessed as it goes against our policy.
We do not disclose specific details regarding required modifications or documents before an order is placed. This is to ensure that clients do not attempt to resolve issues independently without our assistance. Clients are required to submit all necessary documents and requirements within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any refund eligibility. Once services have been rendered and requirements are fulfilled, the agreement is considered final, and no further claims will be accepted. - Please note that we are not responsible for any Google Ads account suspensions that may occur during the course of our work. According to Google’s policies, account suspensions are typically a result of violations related to the business model, not the account management itself. If your business model is found to be in conflict with Google’s policies, it may lead to suspension, regardless of our work on the account. Should a suspension occur, and if you wish to address it, we offer a separate service specifically for handling account suspensions. Please contact us for more details regarding the suspension resolution process and associated charges.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If the customer claims to have resolved the issue themselves after placing the order or if their appeal is approved, no refund will be issued. In such cases, full payment is required. If a partial payment has been made, the customer must complete the full payment. If full payment has already been made, we are legally entitled to retain the entire amount, as we have not failed to resolve the issue. Refunds will only be provided if we fail to resolve the issue or exceed the specified time frame for order processing.

- Once your refund request is approved, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Please note that actual crediting to your account may depend on your bank.
